Re: Can you identify these synths?
The yellow one in the background is a Weltmeister Claviset 200 electric piano from the early/mid '60s. The other one, the Farfisa VIP look-alike, looks like an ELKA-ORLA Capri 101 portable organ (mid-to-late '70s model). Elka capri 101: http://www.suonoelettronico.com/organo_vintage.asp?marca=elka&...

Can anyone identify that synth?
I know it is probably a lame question, but could anyone please identify the synth in the beginning of that Jamiroquai video (0:03)?

Re: Dumbest thing you've ever heard someone say about synths
I found a ridiculously cheap Clavinet in a small music store. I bought it and brought home the very same day. I was living with my parents back then and my mother was impressed with the fact that I bought such big instrument for so little money. She said "That's great, you can finally sell that litt...

Lost knob on MS10
While touring with my band I have lost the big knob (the one for switching octaves) on my MS10 - do you know any shop or company that would produce or sell knobs for old Korg synths?

Looking for modular synth video
Hi, guys! I am looking for one classic video - it has been posted here thousand times before, but I can not find it on youtube now. It was a TV show from the 60s or 70s (I think it was even black and white, but I am not sure) with old lady playing few pure electronic tunes on really huge modular syn...

How to tune-up samples?
I spent hours on tuning-up samples - if they are out of tune just for few cents, I have to tune them up in Fruity Loops or multitrack software manually, by ear or using external tuner, which is complicated and annoying. I found some utilities, that tune samples automatically on specific note, but th...

Check M-audio offer, I will go for it next time. Alesis makes great looking stuff, I own io2, sounds is nice, design is great, but THERE ARE NO DRIVERS (and according to customers support there will not be)!!!! I love io2, but this is pain in ... the back parts. As I said - check M-audio, they say i...

I've got an alesis ineko and it's pretty good.. plus a few stomp-boxes (delays, compressor, distortion, etc.) +1 for ineko :) Nope, if he did not like KP3, he will not like Ineko for sure! Sorry to hear that, I love my KP3. If you are looking for some good effects+looping device, try new roland sam...
