Marion Systems MSR2 - 5 pin din power connector

Hi,

I wonder if anyone has information on the exact specification of the power supply/connector of the Marion MSR2 ?
It is impossible to find original so any idea what other power supplies could be used for powering up the synth unit ?

Thank you.

Re: Roland SH 32 QnA ?

Roland calls it Wave Acceleration Synthesis.
About the 'steppy' comment: some say the cutoff is sometimes filters in steps but to be honest this is not recognizable in a mix and i dont care at all for this price. This does not occurs when you use LFOs.

okay, but the Novation Sound stays Novation Sound. of course the controller+audio interface is a big plus for the users.

Re: Novation x-station

for the novation sound itself i would not buy the x-station. if im looking for a specific sound of a vendor my philosophy is that if there is a vst emulation version of a hardware synth i wont buy the original. i would invest that money into something else.
this is just my opinion.

Re: Basic Channel Synths/Gear

for complex dubtechno chord sound beside the delay/reverb you need:
- notch filters
- hp filters

some classic dubchords during the years are sampled over and over and reused in many tracks.
nowadays with 3-6 osc vsts with fully equipped fxs you can easily create That Sound.

Wave is much more than a 'Lead X' update...
