It's punk rock all over again. Again. Naw. its just f**k nosie for weans. Punk rock, even through the 80% shite, still had a purpose or even just enthusiasm for actually being able to play. these f**k things just remind me of old days when it was raining and i couldn't get outside to feel girls tit...

Re: Vox Humana
Essentially, what waveform/filter setting/ADSR etc... as penance for having previously pulled aside the original topic of discussion in this thread, i thought i'd look up what could be gleaned from the Polymoog's service manual. Filter Board 1 has a simple highpass RC network for Vox Humana with a ...

Not sure if it was hoax or not, but I remember seeing an Emax for auction on Ebay about five years ago which allegedly belonged to New Order. It had a few sample floppy discs labeled after different songs, but I only remember two of which were "True Faith" and "Touched by the Hand of God." Would ha...

Hah sure. I've been thinking about a "Little handyman place" with some easy jobs like a broken/lost key, or even major improvements (for more qualified and electronics knowledgers) like the Akai S3000 XL internal hd mounting process I posted in Samplers months ago. It is a pity to write the same ev...

PS: It would be great that these kind of topics could be sticked in somewhere. I posted a similar thread months (and lots of) ago with that pics for a DX7 keyboard disassembly and remounting, and it must be erased for server space issues I guess. :) No. Only because people think its better to ask i...

Ohh and before the "I bin them all" band gets on the case, I am sure you do. Must take f**k hours though nowadays. However, what i did mean to say was that, i doubt if anything like 5% of the people who contribute here can program anything like the people who provide these presets. Right??...

Agreed about VAs having weak presets in general. I don't understand it though; the tineist of tweaks on an existing preset yields a much more interesting sound. Unless the presets were designed by one armed automatons on sabbatical from the Toyota plant? Heck, who knows. . What analog has good pres...
