Re: The great thread of electronic/synthesizer soundtracks

I'm still holding out for goods on my earlier query, the electronic elements of Alan Silvestri's Avengers score.

Re: Money Mark's Minimoog Trick

I opened up this discussion because I personally like what Mark did during that clip. That's my opinion.

Re: Money Mark's Minimoog Trick

I haven't watched that DVD in a while, but doesn't he specify what he is plugging it into? I recall him going on about "how this trick will blow your minds, and half of you will run home to try it yourselves before we are finished." I thought he also mentioned if he was plugging into pitch CV or ex...

Now that you mention it.

Terrible stuff.

Stephen
Yeah. The Beastie Boys still suck.
I can tell you guys aren't fans of theirs. (I'm not either, but I don't think they "suck.")

Re: Money Mark's Minimoog Trick

Money Mark's Minimoog Trick

Greetings fellow earthlings, (This topic may already have been visited.) For those of you who have seen the Moog documentary from nine years ago, can any of you tell me which input on the back panel of the Minimoog D Money Mark plugged the microphone into to get that crazy pitch trigger effect? Can ...

Re: The great thread of electronic/synthesizer soundtracks

Blimey! So many cool synthesizers that they even have an ElectroComp 500 as one of their monosynths! I don't think I've heard a 500 on a recording until this moment!

It sounds like great music, no matter what gear is being used.

It was be awesome if...
