Where to get a diy CV/Gate interface

Hi folks,

don't know if this question have been posted before, I can not find it anyway.

My question is: Where to get a diy CV/Gate interface to build into an old home organ, my National SX-3800a?

Have google'd it, but can not find any either...

:)

Cheers,

Re: What was the cheapest Synth you ever bought?

Kawai K1II and Hohner GP93 organ. Pretty cool sounding organ actually. Paid dkk 750 for both, that's about US$ 135. Most ppl seems to dislike the Kawai. Haven't played it much yet. Is it really that bad? :?

Re: Any vintage synth owners in Bangkok?

with a tiny population of only 5.5 million, i think its pretty unlikely there any vintage synth owners there. That is exactly the same number of people living in Denmark. But of course Denmark is a wealthy western european country, so might not be comparable and I've never been to Bangkok or Thaila...

Re: Crumar Multiman - Insane price!

Well o.k., I can see your point too there :) But still, I believe that many sellers thinks, they can get fortunes for their pre-MIDI stuff, just because it's pre-MIDI. There might be few left of the old instruments, but that doesn't make an instrument more wanted to me. I know other have different v...

Re: Crumar Multiman - Insane price!

Yeah! Insane price! I wrote him at told him, that it is funny, how some people thinks, they can get fortunes for their pre-MIDI instruments So I guess that Moog Modular isn't worth anything, and don't forget the Yamaha CS-80 and GX-1. Being pre-MIDI has nothing to do with the price of an instrument...

Yeah!
Insane price!

I wrote him at told him, that it is funny, how some people thinks, they can get fortunes for their pre-MIDI instruments. He wrote me back, that he doesn't care about the synth/stringer at all, and it costs what it costs

Crumar Multiman - Insane price!

Some Danish bloke is trying to sell his Crumar Multiman stringer synthesizer for nothing less than DKK 11.000 ~ USD 1.900  Thou it is almost like new, it's absolutely amazing, that he can even think of trying, to get such an amount for such an instrument. It might be near mint, rare and lots m...

Re: Organs with Analogue Synths Built-In?

There's also the Jen Synthetone organ with the Jen SX-2000 built in. There was one for sale in Denmark not so long ago. Don't know what it went for thou, but looked really nice  I would have loved to own it, but didn't have the money nor wanted to drive several hundred kilometers to pick it up :(

Re: Worst.. hardware sequencer.. EVER

I suddenly remember I once had a Roland MC-50 with mkII OS for a short periode. I never figured out how to use it. Never got anything made with it. Might be even worser than the D-20's built-in sequencer. I HATE menu diving on Roland instruments

Re: Worst.. hardware sequencer.. EVER

About the Kawai Q-80, I've owned two of these and they are very easy, intuitive and steady as a rock. Never had any issues with 'em, except running out of memory because of a song my friend and I didn't quantize or made any motifs for. We recorded everything into it live as it were played

Re: Worst.. hardware sequencer.. EVER

If the built in sequencer of the Roland D-20 count as a hardware sequencer, it gets my vote.
There are no edit possibilities at all except for quantizing
