Revolution data scramble!!! SMASH SMASH SMASH!!!!!
so... I plug in my revolution yesterday and it's acting all glitchy.. dropping midi clock sync like a hot patata, not passing data thru and most alarming/annoyingly it scrambled every patch! all data seems to be lost, and, no I did not back it up via sysex.. I had replaced the battery last year.. an...

I spent a good chunk of today recording some little demos with it and I'm kind of stunned by how fat and big it is... and that's just one oscillator.. feel free to give me one of the...

xpander! whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.. nice rack! am I crazy about the filter on the prodigy sounding weaker? dropping bass like a hot potata synthaholic.. don't get me wrong here, I still enjoyed my 5 minutes. yes, the m/p is v/oct so it def. connect to the sh-09..(I have an sh101) m/p also has an arpeggiator in which is syncable from the 707 trig out, which is fun as h**l. Try arpeggiating the m/p in poly mode with a few voices turned down (or off). with modulation on it as well you can make totally bana...

moog prodigy rescued from neglective guitarist
so.. I got a decent deal on this here moog prodigy.. $300 cdn.. not too shabby.. anyway.. after playing it for 5 minutes, I was done. I had finished it. pretty limited and not worth the current inflated ebay values even the venerable moog filter seemed pretty wimpy and completely dropped the low end...

I was playing the SH3 today at the studio. I have no idea what they are worth or how many were made. judging from from the fact that it's still a rudimentary synth I personally wouldn't pay more than $500 for one. (actually, I wouldn't even pay that..) I bet other people might though. (i.e. $2200 30...
