Re: Dust Covers
I use towels & blankets I find in junk cars at work. I wash 'em a few times & I've got myself some free synth covers :) Matter of fact, I found 2 like new red towels, & 1 red blanket still in the packaging in a Chevy truck the other day. I'll post a pic later, they look really nice. Nothing beats FR...

I use circa 1974 vintage Pioneer SE-405 cans like these...

I paid 75¢ for them at GoodWill & they're the best sounding headphones I've ever used...

Re: Synth sellers will soon need to drop their prices.
I have never, ever paid market value for "anything" new or used, nor do I ever intend to. Most used gear (analog &/or digital) ends up being f**k junk & needs work anyway. Then you throw money at it to get it working the way it should have in the 1st place. New gear can be a pain in the a*s too... S...

Frostwave is on Hiatus
I try to visit synth manufacturer websites as often as I can. I visited Frostwave's site today & saw this... Clicky>>> http://www.frostwave.com/ I called Frostwave a few years ago when they discontinued the Fat Controller, & talked to Paul himself! He was very helpful & seems like a really nice guy....

nice one :thumbright: what was used for the atmospheric pad sound? Thanks, I used FM7, & Minimoog VST. Very nice. You should submit it to the compilation. Thanks Johnny... I might consider adding it, is there any room left? BTW, I added a remix of "Sun" called "Sunny", it's the Son of Sun hahahahah...

Re: Wes Taggart and My Modded SH-2
Wes is a great guy! He does ALL of my synth repairs. I'm fortunate enough to live 10 minutes away from him too! He restored my Ratty SH-1000, & repaired both of my System 100 modules. I have plenty more gear to take to him too. Glad you like Wes syncretism, he is one of the best synth techs out ther...

Re: VSE - Good trader thread
Well I went & did it, I sold Cam VanDerHorst my Emulator II (# 53 off the assembly line).
Cam is a really nice guy to deal with & the transaction went smooth as silk
I hope you get the EII fixed Cam. I'm glad it's in good hands, & I can't wait to see how it turns out! 8)
