wow looks like the guy nextdoor has a very similar set up :lol:

seriously though you have a nice simple set up with everything in easy reach which if you ask me helps creativity no end

all you need now is a nice big office type chair so you can zoom between your synths and comp in style!

my s1000 boots without a disk

however this is with an early OS

so i have a seperate disk with the last OS on it



doesnt realy matter thogh as the drive is broken :cry:

if you go for a decent wood flooring but have a nice thick rug too, a wooden floor can be great when recording acoustic guitar and stuf but can cause alot of reflections, the kind of think you try to minimize in most control rooms

with a big rug you can have the best of both worlds

My poly 800II came with alot of "non standard" patches (most completely unusable lol) but it did have some good wave sounds on it, much more convicing than other GM wave sounds ive heard

the drive in my S1000 stopped being able to write any information onto disks so i decided to replace it, i have replaced it with a standard pc floppy drive but this doesnt seem to work, when the s1000 tries to access the disk i can hear the drive spinning but the light doesnt illuminate and the mess...
