Oh, ok that seems more reasonable. That key issue sure is weird though.

Re: Still possible to get a Juno 60 for a good deal?
I almost bought one online from Musicgoround for $1200 last year but my credit card thought it was fraud and it kept declining the transaction. It sold the next day to someone else.
It's not worth it... I would try a Juno 106 or a Juno 6.

Re: NIN Nord Lead on eBay. guy immediately gets defensive
I mean h**l someone made this blog thinking I was ripping someone off. Just let that sink in. And imagine the crazy emails and denial I got. Its pretty wild when you have the nin auction serial numbers matching the equipment, with the box sent from them, and emails from nin gear and people still gi...

XP60 does indeed regularly sell for a lot more money. Pretty good deal when you factor in the price difference.

Re: Korg M1 Problem, Only UP button responding
Definitely the tact switches. I had a Wavestation EX that had this problem. I ended up buying a desoldering gun and replacing all of them. If you're handy with a soldering iron, you can get the job done in a couple hours. Also, be careful with those plastic circular buttons on the M1, they can snap ...

The twangy sound in the intro is definitely DX7 or something FM.

Synths that run on a power brick/wall wart don't require specific voltages. The power brick, however, does.

Re: Arturia and their ‘throw away’ approach to hardware
That's pretty bad. Novation are the complete opposite. Sent me a free replacement encoder for a KS4. Later when they couldn't find any documentation on it, they went and tested patch transfer from K Station to V Station to figure out how it worked. Native Instruments have been pretty good too. No e...

Best of luck on your project!! Someone cloned the voice expansion boards for the Q/XT a while ago. Not sure if they're still in production but hey, they figured it out!
