EMX-1 Tube Swap
Someone here has had to have swapped out the tubes in their Korg EMX-1. If so, what tubes did you use and which ones do you recommend? I know that the design in the EMX-1 doesn't provide enough power to the tubes but I would think that there would be some type of character change with a tube swap. C...

LoL Thank you. I have so many styles in the work I dunno where to begin. My newest composition is for political ads. A moving piece with strings, trumpets and a tympany build. That should be up on my page soon. I like the music of GIOHOUSE. I dig. Congrats onthe purchase. When you get a chanc...

Congrats onthe purchase. When you get a chance, check out some of the other Electribes. I've owned evey single one at some point in time and the Emx and Er-1 stood the test and are still currently sitting in my line-up. The Emx is my go-to synth when I need a quick and powerfull lead. Stack the voic...

Novation A-Station
My Novation A-Station is not accepting it's OS Update! I do everything correctly and even tried a few different programs. It just doesn't seem to take it.

I started on an Rm1x long long ago then uped to the Rs7k when it was released. I really miss them both. They are complicated but once you get your head around the way Yamaha works, it becomes an amazing hardware sequencer with a half-decent ROMpler engine attached. The sampler in the Rs7 doesn't sou...
