Does anyone know of an editor I can use for the TR Rack? I need something to be able to get in and change the Oscillators - seeing as you cant do that from the panel... Yeah the Leipzig is a dual VCO synth. It's a great sounding synthesizer with a lot of punch and low tones to die for. The Leipzig also has a great LFO that you can detune to at minimum and maximum setting it bumps up and down one octave. Kinda cool in my opinion. It's filter is sweet too. Great LPF...

Prophet 600...closest you can get to the P5 - but its more brash and the envelopes are slow. The others arent really like a P5 at all.

Others worth considering are a OB8 or a Prophet 08. However - only a P5 will really sound like a P5...but you can start with one of these...

I have an OB8 and have tried/owned the DSI stuff a fair amount. Its a decision that is dependent on what sort of analogue sound you like - and how highly you value versatility and options...
