yep i remember looking around inside there too. it is very interesting how these old synths were made to be worked on if needed.
i have thought about doing the europa mod on my jp6 for a while now.

honestly its thin and a rompler with big aspirations.
there is some pads in that synth tho with a little tweaking that just sound awesome. great fun for noises to nothing to outstanding its nothing like the other synths but i just cant get rid of it.

I'm wondering how close to the DW8000 does it sound, as the mK features the DW wave shapes. I was considering the DW but if the mK is the same thing then why bother... i have owned both. the dw 8000 sounds different from the micro korg and ms2000 the wierd delay routed through the mains and the fil...

i dunno i have never been overly impressed with the rs09. it does two things well roland analog strings and organ sounds. you can throw it through effects and stuff but its not super flexible or useful. i would scoop the jx3p wich is a good price for your kneck of the woods. its not a pretty good sy...

if it works and nothing is affected by it leave it alone.
its probably the best thing to do in this case.
i mean you would probably be ok but unless its causing you trouble using it i wouldnt loose sleep over it.
