Re: NI B42 with Snow Leopard

I just installed my 4 year old copy of B4 II on a new imac running snow leopard. No problems what so ever. You'll install the NI service center which will guide you through the process. I had a suspicion there could be problems with the new OS, but not a snag found. Working great here so if you can ...

Re: the EVOLVER

Ive had my MEK for a bit over a year now and am still on the fence about it. Dont get me wrong, I love the little beastie, but I feel I need to downsize once again. Having a Moog Voyager and a Prophet 8, as well a wealth of softies, can I justify having 2 monosynths?! The Prophet 8 has that warm pol...

Regular MuRf or Bass MuRf

Picked up the MuRf 105 recently, but now wondering if the bass version would be better suited for the Voyager. I always seem to second guess purchases in regards to their applications. Im also running my Prophet 8 thru it. Very pleased with its overall tone but figured the bass MuRf would have a thi...

Overdrive fx for Voyager

Beyond the obvious method to create an overdrive effect by feeding the ext input with the right channel output, could anyone recomend a juicy overdrive fx to run the Voyager thru? I need something that wont kill the tone, squash the volume, or drop the bass frequencies. Was thinking of the Boss ODB-...

Moog Voyager and effects pedals

Having played synths for years, many of which were RomPlers, Im beggining to move into the realm of analog. Having just purchased a Moog Voyager, im interested to hear which effect pedals seem to compliment the sound of this new aquisition. I guess id be looking to drive some sort of delay, distorti...

I use a ProLine sheetmusic stand i picked up at Guitar Center. Height and tilt adjustable and supports my powerbook great. I saw Nick Rhodes of Duran Duran doing this. Sat really well between his Jupiter and A6
