Re: Korg Monotribe ?
GC will match any advertised price. I don't think the 208 qualifies as it's sort of a word of mouth thing, but they would certainly match 230.

Re: Quick Question: Arp Axxe
Just offer him $200 then. Can't you go test it? With the other stuff you have it would be worth it just for the external input. I got one for $150 last year locally. Little scratched up but works great, gain slider is a little scratchy but stable when set. Still tracks perfectly. Should I ever deci...

Starting Modular system.
Ok... Now that I've passed on the Arp from the other topic, I want to start my modular. I already have a Doepfer Low Cost Case, that is missing power supply, rails, busboard, etc. Essentially, its a wooden box right now. I want the cheapest way to start this off, so I was hoping for some opinions. I...

Re: Quick Question: Arp Axxe
Thanks guys, I think I have decided against it for now. It is not my "dream" synth, I think I just saw Arp and freaked. If it had been as cheap as I sold my last one for ($200 and I bought it for $150) I wouldn't think twice. But $350 is not that great considering that it could have issues. It's bee...

Quick Question: Arp Axxe
I have a chance to get an Arp Axxe locally. It is the older, black and gold model with original case and patchbook for $350. I used to own this exact model, but I'm having trouble deciding it I'm just having GAS or if it is something I could use. I currently don't have a MIDI/cv interface so I could...

Re: Korg Monotribe ?
Thank goodness for that video. They need to upload more like this one. More melodic and interesting without the noise and ADD tweaking in the other videos.

Re: Ridiculous eBay 'Buy-it-now' and starting bids.
I'm guessing this seller saw that other one go for over a grand and a light bulb went off in his head 230589120053 Ha ha, guilty as charged. I did end up taking $500 for it, which is still really high. But I didn't care, it was my back up that I never really needed. At first I was going to strip aw...

Question about shipping Synths...
Does anyone know if you can just ship a synth in a good hardcase and just tape it up and slap a label on it? I thought that I may have seen others things shipped in cases that were not encased in cardboard.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Contact for Music and More (MAM) : Power Supply Info nee
Well thanks guys. I'm going to try and find an alesis first. So, does the fact that there is a slight difference in mA matter?

Contact for Music and More (MAM) : Power Supply Info needed.
I need to get a replacement power supply for a MAM MAP1 arpeggiator. All that I know is that is should be 12V, but I don't know the mA or plug size. A) Does anyone have this unit and could they tell me what the power requirements are. B) Does anyone know if there is info/contact for MAM? I know they...

Re: Easiest way to tell if a Juno 106 has no defects?
Also, when I had mine, it would take a while (15-20 min) for the crackling and noise to start, so, if you have the time, give it some "warm up" time. I sold it in Philly, (stating the chip problem in the ad of course!) so hopefully your not getting my old one!

Re: Talk me out of selling my Nord G2 Engine!!!
If you had a G2 AND an analog modular, you'd have an extremely versatile range of sounds. Perhaps if you replaced the G2 Engine with a G2 Keyboard, sold the Matrix Keyboard, then started to work your way to an analog modular, you'd have the best of both worlds. Being able to process an analog modul...
