Re: Which option is the best for me?

Thanks to everyone who answered! It's been really helpful.

Last question before I decide:
Would it be a good option if I decide to buy a module version of a synth + a MIDI keyboard?
Which module synth would you recommend?
My budget for the module alone would be $500 top.

Thanks!
Sebazo.

Another question...

What's the difference between the Ultranova and the Bass Station (besides the size)?

Re: Which option is the best for me?

Thank you all for your replys! So we're narrowing the list to these three so far: 1) Novation Ultranova 2) Roland JX-03 + Midi Keyboard 3) Virus Indigo 1. I love the Indigo, but the thing is that it may not be so easy to find... If you find one for sale let me know! :) Which is your opinion on each ...

Which option is the best for me?

Hi! How are you? I''d really appreciate your opinion on this: I want to buy a Synth and I want it to have these characteristics : 1) Portable (Light weighted and not to big): I have a Nord Electro 3 and the synth will be complementary. Not larger than 3 octaves. I need to be able to carry both of th...

problem with k2000

Hi. I'm going to buy a Kurzweil K2000 and the guy that's selling it to me told me it has one problem: The Left (Mono) output is not working. Right output and Phones output are OK, only the left is not working. Any ideas about why could this be happening? What are the possible causes? I'm in a hurry ...

Thanks a lot, Hades!
I have the oportunity to get a Roland JX-305 (http://www.hispasonic.com/revisiones/354) for U$S 870...
It's an used one, but it seems to be in good shape.

What do you think? It seems pretty nice and it's a Rompler... isn't it?
Thanks a lot... again...

So it would be nice if someone could take a look on this list (from U$S 1000 and below) and tell me wich one of these synths/workstations/keyboards do you recomend. What do ...

Is there any other synth with similar specifications? (in case i can't find any Z1)
Thanks a lot!

Don't get me wrong... I don't want to play like Pink Floyd, I want a Synth with good sound and a good price. I want it to have Midi and a good polyphony (32 or more). I mentioned the bands I like because I know some synths are better for Electronic music, other for Rock and others for ethnic music.....

I don't want to play it like a piano... but i got so used to playing a real piano that i think it would be better if the synth has some weight... i'm not talking about the piano key's weight, but i don't want it to be as weak as keyboards use to be but still being expressive... And about the polypho...
