I have the Kenton Pro Solo and it never disappoints me. I use it to control my ARP Odyssey. I also have a Doepfer MCV4, but I couldn't stand the stepped voltage changes with the pitch bend, so I upgraded. The Kenton is so much better. I bought a Juno-60 recently and now I have to decide whether to g...

The current issue of Remix magazine has an article on the recording of M83's newest album. That article claims, "his favorite piece of studio gear is by far the Roland [Alpha] Juno-2, which provides Gonzalez with the "John Carpenter" sounds he's looking for." Bought a modded TR-606 from Stalfosia. He was a pleasure to interact with, and the item shipped right after I sent payment and arrived very well packaged. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Pitch bend resolution on Doepfer MCV4

I'm using a Doepfer MCV4 to control my ARP Odyssey with MIDI. It works beautifully. However, the 1/4-semitone stepped resolution of the pitch bend is a real buzz-kill. It's nowhere close to a smooth-sounding pitch-bend. Has anyone had any luck getting a smoother pitch-bend CV using a different devic...
