Korg Contact Strips
It looks like Korg contact strips for the Mono/Poly and Polysix are pretty hard to track down now. Every parts seller looks to be long out of stock and eBay seems dry. Anyone have any idea where to track these down? Looks like there's a few options to repair old strips after the rubber eraser trick ...

Re: Building the super juno - a modded 106
Where are you going to get 50 to 100 106s? Seems a bit ambitious... That's about $25,000-50,000 for a project that probably won't see that much of a return fr the time put in, etc. I don't think there's enough of a demand fr modded, entry level vintage. It makes more sense to collect info on mods, f...

Re: Building the super juno - a modded 106
Diabolical Devices does cutoff/res for each voice, individual inputs/outputs, and some cosmetic modding. Please share anything you find, I'm gonna be opening my 106 up pretty soon here fr some general maintenance and I'm always interested in mods. I'm a bit confused on the "funding" aspect of yr po...

Daniel Lopatin talks about his Juno 60, arpeggios, and sampling. Fairly basic studio shows that it's how you rock it, not how much gear you've got:

Re: ARP Odyssey Case
Long Island cases or whatever on Ebay. They make custom cases for everything. Don't skimp on a good case man, I learned that the hard way years ago. "Long Island Cases or Whatever" returns zero hits on eBay. Likewise, "Long Island Cases" returns a Long Island Ducks CD case and a $2000 watch. I woul...

ARP Odyssey Case
Anyone ideas on where to get a case fr this oddly (no pun intended) shaped synth? I know Anvil made cases, although their current options are a bit pricy (as in, I could buy another synth or I could buy an Anvil case...). What do you Oddy Owners use? Any budget options? Suppose I could always buy a ...

Re: novation k station
I've had a K Station fr a few years (from a trade on VSE): Pretty awesome VA, great to have everything knobbed. Three of the encoders ghost and send parameters when they shouldn't. Sometimes they are okay, sometimes they make the synth almost unusable. I've also had the problem w/ the unit resetting...

I played a basement house show a few months ago and found a Juno 106 sitting in the corner. Took it home fr 70 bucks. It's become a staple in my setup in that time. Si...
