Re: VSE - Good trader thread

Dealt with Tardis, everything went smooth and he was a great guy to talk to & deal with. I can't wait to fix my new Emulator II!

This does not make sense, that could be your problem.

Re: Which was your first music toy?

Just for fun (and quite likely not the first thread of this kind): What was the first music-toy, keyboard or synthesizer you owned as a kid? Do you still have it and use it? Here is mine. I got it from my aunt when I was about 10. It even has sliders to tweak the little FM-engine (that's how I got ...

Recording from DS-10?

Do you guys have any useful tips for recording KORG DS-10 songs from the DS, or otherwise getting them onto your computer? I have a track with a bassline that pans a little bit and it sounds like s**t when I use the line in on my mic.

Re: Moog might be considering a new polysynth...

I guess I'm blissfully ignorant about the way my LP sounds. I love it, it's my favorite analog mono that I've owned. Me too. I love my Moog much more than anyone should. As long as no-one offers their opionions as the end-all-be-all-I'm-right-and-the-LP-is-overrated-you-should-buy-a-synth-exactly-l...

Care to share more? :)
I will as it develops. I will say that I'm honestly surprised no-one's done it before.

Re: Eurythmics

From somewhere on Power, Corruption & Lies , isn't it, John? 'Your Silent Face'. Great track. :) Quite. All of these little goth/emo tossers running around at Hot Topic have no idea what "dark, moody, depressing lyrics" really are. I put that in my sig after a recent disagreement with one of our " ...

So yes, AoN pioneered that technique.

They are from the 90125 sessions, I have a lot of those samples and most of them have "White" or "Yes" in the filename somewhere.
