Re: VSE - Good trader/seller thread

Sold my Roland SP 606 and Mini KP to Riggonia. He was friendly and quick with payment. I would sell to or buy from him again. Thanks!

Re: VSE - Good trader/seller thread

Just sold a Korg EXB Expansion to teecee. He's a great guy. Very nice and prompt both in response and payment!

Last year, I also traded my Blofeld for Ashe37's KARMA. It was a great trade. He's a good guy as well.

Re: Audio Damage Tattoo not in host

They usually do some CS over the weekend but they may not have gotten to you yet. I'd be willing to bet that if you wait till tomorrow morning, Chris will shoot you an email back. He's a good guy. Your post wasn't that detailed. Did you run the installer already and just can't find tattoo in your pl...

Re: ThreeHives release free EP on BandCamp

If anyone hasn't taken a listen, please go ahead. It's been awhile since this was posted and we'll have new material on the way here in a couple months. It's a much more polished sound these days compared to this older material and we think everyone will be in for a pleasant surprise.

Re: V Synth Question

I just wanted to add some random links to this discussion. Jim Stout who used to work for Roland has some cool youtube videos showing ways to use the Vsynth and Vsynth GT. Check out his youtube page for some goodies. Specifically check out the recent videos he did on Variphrase. http://il.youtube.co...

Re: Ensoniq Mirage and the EPS

While you are waiting to find a Mirage, perhaps you'd want to check out this softsynth emulation. Some former Mirage and EPS fans seem to like it well enough. At least you'd be able to have some fun with something similar before you get the hardware.

This is a pretty noisy youtube demo of one in action. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVVLeBXcIxU A very simple demo of the time trip pad http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I7bkdnB7Ecc Also note that Skinny Puppy has been using Vsynth all over the past couple albums and it's been on the road with them fo...

Hey guys. I thought some of you might be interested in knowing that my band, ThreeHives, released a free EP online. It's instrumental rock music that is stylistically influenced by industrial, jazz, and soundscapes. We've got the EP available for free download/streaming @ http://www.ThreeHives.com I...

Re: POLL: How much would you pay for a physical CD?

only time i ever buy a CD anymore is if it's a small time band selling their own at a show. they'd have to be incredible for me to drop $10 or more. there are way too many possibilities for that poll to be anything accurate. # of tracks, packaging, anything in addition to the audio, is it out on vi...

Re: RS-7000, any good for x0x-style sequencing?

Someone just listed an RS7000 for $500 here on VSE in the classifieds. There is also an RM1X currently listed as well for $200 I believe. You could always pick up a Korg ES-1 if you want a cheap and "blank" electribe. Dump the memory and fill it with your own samples or just use it as an extra seque...
