it's an awesome synth. lot of wavetables, the filter is smooth ( i made the SMR4), modulation matrix, etc
and cheap too.

get a yamaha tx81z. cheap, very massive sound, very useful to techno. okay its not so easy to edit, only 4-5 buttons on the front panel, and its an 1U rack. but!..... it will eat your electribes/grooveboxes in sound. :) also good to oldschool techno and modern minimal. you can use it multimode (8 pa...

How can an analog synth works with 48 polyphony? It's a big monster maybe its very massive but has it 48 vco / vcf stuffs? Why don't make analog synths with big polyphony?

I think it´s best to use two signal paths simultaneously. One for the multiple attacks portion and one for the early reflections type portion. Something like a Yamaha CS-15 or a rompler in combi mode can do the trick. So I made this with a Yamaha SY85: Started with bandpassed filtered white noise. ...

what do you think? i prefer the little 503. i just saw the schlagzwerg and i haven't found any plus feature on it. like an 503 with patch cables. anybody tried this black beast?
