True - that would work. Not sure I want to load the PC version of Cubase 5 too :) which I need.
Think I'll just go ahead and get Virtual String Machine after all... and M-Tron pro whilst I am on a spending spree !!

I have VSM and the sounds come bundled in a proprietary file archive on the DVD. Once installed on a computer it goes to a location of your choosing as a proprietary file archive resources.cpt2 that only the program understands how to use. To answer your question: no. This may sound out of whack as I am new to Digital music production, but how about using Kore 2by NI? I recently purchased NI's Kore2 and Komplete 5. I also have other vsti's. I often just fire up Kore2 standalone, and create my "multi" setups with fx routings from other plugins and not necessarily ...
