good stuff man - very driving/propelling melodies and beats - I like the mix too, you've got a nice blend of everything.

Re: Roland Integra-7 compared to the SC-55/88/880
So basically, you have 4 virtual slots to either load SRX cards (1 slot), SuperNatural Expansion (1 slot), or the updated GM sounds (all slots). So up to 4 SRX cards at once...but if you want 1 sound from that card, you have to load the whole card. For me this is not an issue but for some it might b...

Re: Roland Integra-7 compared to the SC-55/88/880
I don't know a whole lot about the SonicCell, but at a glance looks like a mostly XV/SRX expansion driven sound module - 128 megs total memory for samples. The Integra 7 (a recent purchase) blows it away in all respects except polyphony which they share the same (128 voices). It has every single SRX...

Re: Korg Minilogue Polyphonic Analog Synth
I got into my whole synth phase later than a lot of guys here (maybe like, 2008ish), and it's just crazy what is available now VS. then for new interesting synth options. I Basically went through a dozen ebay/craiglist synths (older used ones) because there were *Few new affordable, interesting synt...

Re: 13 song LP on bandcamp: trip hop/IDM/samples/synths
you aren't jaded, that is about how I see the state of things - I thought about spamming it to a few labels; really just to get it heard, I have no delusions of grandeur - but yeah like you said gets old hawking your own stuff then getting like very few listens and/or very little feedback. But hey -...

Re: 13 song LP on bandcamp: trip hop/IDM/samples/synths
Thanks for the reply! I'll try to search out other forums/blogs (don't know exactly where this style falls?) and yes, I agree I'm going to upload these to soundcloud shortly. Basic creative process usually begins with drums/sampling from old movies/vinyl. I use a MV-8800 and Roland SP-555 for sample...

13 song LP on bandcamp: trip hop/IDM/samples/synths
If you are into trip hop/LA Beat scene/certain Lofi IDM you might enjoy these tracks. Let me know what you think. I use all hardware synths and samplers; big mix of gear in use on this album https://blavatsky.bandcamp.com/album/new-low https://f1.bcbits.com/img/a1683862685_16.jpg Influences include:...

Re: The thread of many (analog) polys
JX3p w/ PG200 - Nice, sounded a little thin, anemic but liked the sequencer. should have kept - fun to mess with, would not want as my only poly though. Juno 106 - Currently own; mine is kind of beat up but gorgeous sounding. It's a little basic in terms of what you can do, and single DCO but really...

US - NC Good trades on here, as well as 100% ebay as meeker001 for reference. Have: Elektron Analog A4 (maybe) Roland SP404SX (maybe) Korg ESX w/ Smart Media card - Card may have issues, no longer have card reader to test loading samples? (works in ESX fine) Korg PadControl, black Yamaha FB-01 - Bat...

Re: what analog synth is good & complements modern digital s
wow that is a wall of text....I can't say I read it all, here is my digital/analog combo Roland MV8800 - Sequencer/sampler/drums Controlling: 1. Alesis Fusion (workstation/piano/bread and butter sounds/pads) 2. Juno 106 3. Elektron A4 4. Moog Subphatty Good blend of digital for 'realistic' sounds, s...
