I know you said you have narrowed it down to the synths mentioned in the OP, but it's breaking my heard to have this thread about noise/drone sounds and no mention of the nord modular series, especially a micromodular in this case. Seriously, I can't imagine doing noise/drone work without nord modul...

There are some ios apps (nanostudio, beatmaker 2, prob more) that will do it, if you can handle using an ipod touch for this.

E-MU Command Station and appropriate ROM(s) and a MIDI controller if you need a keyboard. I don't know which ROM(s) would be right for the sounds you'd want but some searching around would probably clear that up.
