Re: Jupiter-4 vs Roland Sh-2 & Jx3p vs Juno2

Jp-4 beats any synth in a shootout besides maybe a perfectly tuned oberheim 8 voice

Re: Thoughts that guided you to purchases?

I bought a korg delta cuz i though it did the chord sound in the human league's song seconds but turns out thats a jupiter 4. kept it anyway. bought a korg mono/poly cuz my dad had one back in the day and said they were good. a year later i managed to buy back his original mono/poly so now i have 2....

Re: Triggering via the Linndrum

i've found splitting trigger signals with y cables to be kinda iffy.

if you run audio into the audio in of the pro-one that should trigger it. maybe try the sidestick or one of the toms.

This fellow is in Toronto and would probably make you one. I can't see it costing very much. You could also make your own.

Re: The obsession for the Analog

I like that there's no audible stepping of parameters.. at least on some. also dedicated controls for every parameter...

I like the way the filters sound with feedback and fm.. mixers overdriving etc..

Totally agree with what you're saying though
