Haha Balma.
Look for a Korg ER-1 or an EMX-1/ESX-1
Those are well within your price range for drum machines.
The KP3 is pretty fun though.

JP-8080 arp not triggering?
Im curious to why this isnt working. Right now im using an AN1x as a "midi controller" to send signals to it. It there a global setting on the JP or on the an1x that I need to change? I've been manual diving, but this would save time if I just ask >.> All other Arps on the Virus and Radias work like...
Re: Juno 106
I appreciate the help guys. Voice 2 & 4 are my culprits. Local shop suggested an acetone wash on the chips. Anybody have experience with this or should I just get new chips from eBay and have them installed?
Juno 106

Everytime I play, some notes work well, some sound like crackling. So I tried a different output (plugged in headphones) and tried that same note again and it...

UV Paint

Since I keep black lights in my studio, I was wondering if anyone has used clear uv paint on any of their synths? I was thinking of just doing the white lines on the knobs, to be honest. But any input is nice.

No Mo, not the R3.
DO a youtube video search for Radias 3, its a custom job where a guy took three radias racks and hooked them up together to custom midi controllers. Its pretty awesome.

Re: Korg: Radias vs MS2000
Even though this should be in the synth shootouts section =] I also own both, and believe it or not I still keep the MS2000 around. Its a reliable synth, and considering its fairly cheap, I dont see a point in selling it for a couple hundred. I'll just hand it down to my kids or something haha. But ...

Yes I love the BIG BROTHER yes all the green-eyes flies are beautiful! so even the most bad taste- lack of commitment-creativity-selfish commercial product deserves love?, if it's a box with wires inside and makes sounds by using electricity and it's classified as synthesizer, is good? Its because ...
