I bought three of these when they were around $40 on ebay. Still waiting for people to start name dropping the artists and albums that these were on. :?

Jupiter 6 repair help hecka needed!1r

I've been nuts deep in a Jupiter 6 trying to figure out why it won't power on. The tranny is showing 6v at every tap.

So, is there a reasonably cheap replacement out there and has anyone dealt with a rectifier/re-cap on one of these?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :la: :happy3:

Re: Why can't they make a new sub- $500 analog synth.....

Wasn't the Juno 6/60 Around $1800 back in the day? They could in theory, relaunch it with some manufacturing streamlining, but would the custom ICs and such really be cheaper to recreate in an industry that is moving away from maintaining a supply of ICs? Hopefully, Roland doesn't stick us with teh ...

Re: Nice "gritty" sampler for EBM/industrial

I liek to use various devices and signal paths when capturing sounds. You can pick up a cheap digital recorder or mp3 recorder and make some great lo-fi recordings. Someone mentioned tape tricks earlier in this thread, I'd look into that and transfer those Dr'd sounds to a more manageable device. I ...

Re: SH-101, issues.....

I'm pretty disappointed with myself. I bought a semi functioning SH-101 a few months ago. The resonance slider & ADSR controls don't have any affect on the keyboard. It can still make a few cool sounds. So, I bought a power switch replacement hoping that would help. It didn't, IDK what to do. Who re...
