Re: 3 tier stand
I heard König & Meyer do the best ones. I passed close to buying one than chose I didn't need a 3 tier stand. If I would have bought one it would have been this one.

Re: Make high quality digi synth sound Exactly analogue
Okay, I'm going to try to reply to you seriously for the last time. The less we can say is that you have certain problems with your interactions on this forum and I think you can be sure, you're the one who will have to make the change. Now that it's said, I'm going to advise you to just try music g...

Re: Value of Formanta Polivoks
I knew there were a quite a lot of reliability problems but I didn't think it was so bad. I'm going to reconsider the idea of picking up one so quickly, thank you!

Value of Formanta Polivoks
What would you consider an ok deal for a Polivoks these days? I'm looking at the possibility of getting one right now plus, one of my friends is actually going on a trip to Russia in a week or so and he might pick up one for our band...

Re: used synth market
Everybody has commented as to how as a buyer you don't care about the reasons and the details behind the price. And I understand that. I just had an interesting thought about how, as a seller, I feel a bit different then as buyer. I suddenly care about who the buyer is and wether the instrument goes...

Re: Arturia MiniBrute - analog monosynth
I have found a way to get one from the first run...
I'm quite happy to realize I'll have it so soon. I think the need here was much bigger than it is for many of you guys even if you're on the second run. Still a whole month of excitation and waiting!

Re: Arturia MiniBrute - analog monosynth
Also: 2 oscillators. Seriously, what do you need two oscillators for in a compact monosynth? What part of "unique and interesting waveform capabilities" don't you understand? Oh, wait... was it because you need detuning because that makes it "fat?" Yes, especially for my solo sounds I think one osc...

Re: Arturia MiniBrute - analog monosynth
If they did a MaxiBrute with 2 VCO's, a bit longer keyboard, and a few extra features, wouldn't it start looking like the Crumar Spirit which is well sought after and sells for a loooot more than we expect this maxibrute to sell for? May I ask where you get the idea that a Crumar Spirit would come ...

Everytime I see this thread come up I get the feeling I should check out LoSynth and then I find out there's no version for me sadly.

Thank you! I have found two in my area, and if you say it's reliable I'll go check both, with less fear to be wrong picking one quickly.

What would you verify on an Alpha Juno 1 or 2 before buying one?
