Re: Production on linux.

Well this all seems very positive. Re: Audio Interface for linux.

Actually, scrap that, the lexicon alpha is much nicer. Out of the box compatibility! Woohoo!
And cheap too!

EDIT: Whats the sound quality like compared to something like the US-122mkII?

Re: Audio Interface for linux.

Well the UA-25 is bus powered and nice and cheap as well. Would I get decent sound quality compared to the US-122MKII (my current sound card, incompatible with linux)

Production on linux.

Just wondering if anyone around these parts works solely on linux for their music production? If so what audio interafce do you use and what program? Been working on linux for the last few months, and i just want to switch my production to it as well.

Just checking, is 1000$ AUD inc Postage/Handling a good deal?
It has a broken amp chip, or so the guy thinks.

Re: ESX Factory Programs

I have the files, 17.6 mb, but its a .ESX file, that i have no idea what to do with.

And your post made me laugh, i cringed time and time again through those voice samples.
But #193, that one is gold.

ESX Factory Programs

After extensive google searching, I couldnt find a way to do this.
I want to reset the programs on the esx, not the samples.
I presume you can do this via midi dump of some file, somehow.
Just asking if anyone had done this before, and if so, how?
