Re: Teisco SX-400 problems
Have you checked the battery? Notorious battery leaking monsters I'm afraid. And the battery is strategically placed near the memory and CPU...

Re: Hardware Fabio Frizzi Blastfighter Cover!
Great sounds, and a great production! I really like the 16th that run through the song, they bring in a nerve to it all and ads tension. Super!

Re: "Flash in the night" cover
Greate production, and great sounds too. Wish you had increased the bass for a little more power, but it is very authentic this way.
As a note; I live next door to Ulf, the keyboardist of Secret Service here in Stockholm. He is still active and runs a small studio. Very nice guy.

Re: new synth-pop song demo (video)
Awesome, I really liked it. Both vintage retro and new and fresh at the same time. You have a good voice, and the 106 does a phat, wicked baseline there… Love to hear it finished though.

Odyssey demo, went in to a song...
This started out as a demo of the 4075-filter mod of my ARP Odyssey 2823 and ARP Avatar. I wanted to do a "before" and "after" demo of just how big the difference is with this upgrade. But as usual I ended up playing, and tweaking my odysseys and it all turned in to a synth pop song instead. The lyr...

Re: Christmas Greeting in Swedish
I did the scene in Maya, but the characters are free green screen animations from Youtube. I didn't have the patience to animate and rig a whole santa… Quick and dirty is my middle name.

Att 3:20 it gets really groovy! This I could listen to all day. Vangelis goes dirty hardcore, but in a good way!

Christmas Greeting in Swedish
From All of Me to All of You, and All That. A little Christmas Carol in Swedish. Drums by OberheimDX (with Linn Proms), Bass by Odyssey2800+2823+Mono/Poly, and the rest by a lot of other gear. Everything recorded at one take, except for the vocals. Only hardware was used. Enjoy and Merry Xmas! [you...

Re: Teisco SX-400 sound demo
LOL :) Yes, its Jan Hammer, Crocket's Theme. I thought I'd use the best tracks from the 80's to demo this beast of the 80's. @antilles: They are pretty rare, especially since they have that NiCad that eats up the main PCB... Mine had battery issues that (I hope) I have cured, but still I only can sa...

Re: Teisco 110f sound demo
@c-level: For some reason there seems to be more Teiscos in europe, especially in the UK. Why, Idon't know, since this is a japanese brand. @synthroom: All red LED-bars show the amount of modulation, the green arrow LED's show the signal path. These are mainly there because they look cool and was a...

Re: Teisco 110f sound demo
Glad you liked it, thanks for nice comments! This is a great synth that is sort of a hidden gem. I have lots of different mono's but this Teisco is the one I keep comming back to for bread'n'butter sounds due to its really good filter. It really sounds better than most of my other gear. Currently I'...

Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMkw7MoWOI0 Edit: Since I ran the synth straight in to my camera, the sound dist at the louder parts. Really sorry for this, and hopi...

Re: Service Manuals and Schematics!
Hi, I'm on the scout for a TEISCO 60F service manual, schematics, PCB-drawing, parts-list - whatever! There is really nothing out there. I've tried to use the 110f schematics but they differ in some parts and I really would like to see the real 60f map. So if anybody has a clue... please help me out!
