Re: Synth with temperament option.

Different Synth Temperaments - I immediately thought of personality temperaments when I read the name of this thread! How about a knob for "introverted" vs. "extroverted"? Perhaps the Four Classic Temperaments would be good - like a joystick with Wet/Dry on one horizontal axis and Hot/Cold on the v...

Re: Synth with temperament option.

The Ensoniq VFX (and probably other models in that lineage) can edit scales/intonation on a per-patch basis, at the expense of two "parts" (or whatever the h**l they're called)--the remaining four are usually more than enough. Nice! By scale u mean mathematic number or just note? Sorry mate I didn'...

Synth with temperament option.

Hi synth freaks!

Do you know any synth or sampler with different temperament? Or using tuning files like scale files or whatever?

Equal temperament is not enough harmonic to me!

Basic time envelope question

Hi there,

Basic question but important one !

Which parameter of the enveloppe does the midi note length affect?

I noticed that if i put a very short sustain the note length seems more effective am i right?

Damien.
