Finally got my PM-16 back and the result..... ehhh, not working. Aw, too bad :( I guess things like wiggling the card or using a bit more force didn't help? According to the manual, the PM-16 needs an M-128 or higher, so your M-256 configuration should work fine. The manual says to insert the card ...

I can try. Depends on my free time, so it might take some time.
I will also check your card with my Roland PM-16, Pad to MIDI interface. It uses M-128 cards, so I think it should work.

There are other mistakes there. The author says that his PCB is 43mm wide, but in reality it's 53mm. One of the diodes is wrong polarized in topwiew picture and some jumper wires are missing.
So, schematics is OK, other pictures are with mistakes.
