Re: MicroKorg vs Korg DW-6000

I would choose the Micro.
Think this analog wave has gone far enough.
There are more possibilities In the Micro.

It sounds great.

I have 2 volca keys and 1 beat which I hope to Trade for
a roland JP-08 or JU-06 VA synth.

Cheers

Re: Shamelessly digital synth to pair with analog?

Check the dexed fm software. It is great and You Can
Program Your DX7 with it. You Can load DX7 sysex and listen
to the sounds and try it out before buying an fm synth

Check out Power DX7 on Facebook. Maybe that Will
Make You buy a DX7 ;-)

Re: An Akai S2800 with no manual.....great.

As far as i know there was not a dedicated S-2800 manual.
I used the S-3000 instead. I Think the 2800 is a cut Down version of the S3000

The 2000 is similar but does not have the same display
Just use the 3000 manual

Re: JX-3P: Chorus trouble and broken presets?

Correct organ I does not sound right. There is something wrong with Your jx-3p Now i guess it sounds like that without pg-200 swichted on and metallic selected ;-) Maybe the memory needs a new battery. Now this being a preset I guess it is In a ROM. So this alone is not it. I used to have one many y...

Re: The classic Ensoniq sound- best choice?

Try the sq8l sq-80 softversion.
It sounds really great. I do not know if it sounds like a sq 80
but I know it sounds great. One of my favorit softsynth
along with korg wavestation and Emu vx

Re: Akai S2800 SCSI Card problem - (resolved)

S2000 or 3000 manual should help.
After sampling the sounds must be mapped to the kbd.
Would have been Nice with a sampling template

2 waldorf rocket or volca for duophonic synth with software

Hi
Will it be possible with two rockets to make a duophonic
synth without changing the Chuck Program that I found for a waldorf rocket with 4 modules? Will it be possible
With korg volca keys if they were midi modded?

Will the program run on a Windows or Mac computer?

Re: Poly Synth - Stranger Things, Juno, Warm 80s

Why not try the software version first?
There is the Tal-Uno which is s soft version of the
Juno 60. It is a bit different from the juno-106/06
but I Think it sounds great. Then You Can decide what
to do buy a ju-06 or maybe alpha juno.

Re: What poly-synths can have separate envelopes per voice?

Akai timbra Wolf allows 4 different sounds so chords Can have individual sounds for each jet if that is what You mean. It is a 4 voice analog synth with different voice config and sequencer It Can be 4 mono sounds on different midi channels as Well. The esq-1 Can not do that however akais synth engi...
