I had a similar issue recently, the Juno changed notes or key during a sequence. I was calibrating it at the time, and fiddling with some of the test functions like Unison play using the Transpose button. You could try putting it into different test modes to check the voices, but they should be ok. ...

Do you have an oscilloscope? Or know someone that will lend you one? Looking at the schematic, the problem should be in the highlighted area. The top half being the pitch voltage and the bottom half being the trigger (which you assume is working). I'd check the Keyboard CV Out and Trig Out to see if...

I've finally got round to some SysEx programming of the Kenton CF to control the Vintage Keys. Using SoundDiver and the in built midi-monitor is very handy for learning SysEx!
