Pls help - Audio In (filter) on Waldorf Pulse+ not working

Hi: I am getting very frustrated. One of the reasons I purchased a Waldorf Pulse+ synth module recently was to be able to run external audio signals into the "AUDIO IN" (filter in) input of the Pulse and to process then using the filter in the Pulse (that is what the Audio In is supposedly for). For...

Re: Strange Result Stacking 2 Pulse+ Monosynths

Thank you very much, MB. Yes, that is exactly what my two Pulse Pluses look like. That is the one. I will try your recommended actions. I wish I could defeat the alternating characteristic, but it sounds like that's not possible. I don't know why so many people have talked about this linking or stac...

Re: Strange Result Stacking 2 Pulse+ Monosynths

Meatball: I do not hear two synths playing the same note. I play two notes and I hear two notes. If I had three Pulse synths, and they all had the latest operating system, I could link them together and play a major chord. The latest operating system of the Pulse added a stacking feature enabling on...

Strange Result Stacking 2 Pulse+ Monosynths

Hi: I have two Waldorf Pulse Plus monosynth modules and I was finally able to figure out how to stack or chain them together with midi to function as one paraphonic (if that's the right term) synth . . . Well, sort of. I am wondering if any of you can help me figure out why I get this strange altern...

I Need Your Sysex Data Dump Expertise (Korg Z1)

Hi. I am very new to MIDI and pretty much a synth newbie period. I recently purchased a Korg Z1 (my second synth, first was a Roland JDXi) and I'm trying to backup the Z1's factory programs onto my computer using a Roland UM-One Midi interface (midi cable adapter) and MIDI-OX so I can then safely lo...

Re: Need Help with PCMCIA Card for Korg Z1

Thanks, HETYUS.

Do I need a Type 1 PCMCIA adapter . . . or a Type 2?

I'm thinking a Type 1 but having a tough time confirming that is correct.

I realize that CF cards come in two types but apparently so do PCMCIA cards as they are different sizes.

I appreciate the help.

Need Help with PCMCIA Card for Korg Z1

Hi. This is my very first post on this site, although I've been stopping by for months. I am a longtime guitar player who has been smitten with the synth bug for about 2 years now. I have hardly even picked up a guitar in the last few years! I started with a Roland JDXi (still have it) and for my se...
