From the Jomox website: · 9 Instruments Bass Drum, Snare Drum, Lo Tom, Hi Tom, Hi Hat, Clap, Rim, Crash and Ride. All instruments are polyphonically playable and have individual outs. From HH section onwards it's short 8-bit samples played back with an analog envelope as with the AirBase99. The samp...

Thanks for the info sizzlemeister. I did not know that about analog poly's when it comes to stepping. As far as pot position, numeric values n' stuff I knew about but that wasn't my concern about the P 08.

Maybe there was something wrong with my PEK I don't know. I also couldn't twist knobs too quickly either because the values would jump to some random number and so did the sound (Delay feedback, Delay time, LFO frequency, amount, etc). Strangely the frequency knob never did it though. I didn't care ...

As far as the encoders on the 08, are they the same as the MEK/PEK in terms of resolution? I really hated that about the PEK.

VERY cool! The only thing I was waiting for was a couple of those sick d n b break downs in there. Other that that this tune rocks!

Thanks! Mult-tracked? Nope, I have the only poly LP in the world. :) Yeah, I wanted some kind of chord structure in there so I multitracked something simple. After I played that Deep Purple riff I though I should have based the song on that but the song was pretty much finished already so I just stu...

Little Phatty only

Ok so I made this track using only the Moog Little Phatty with the exception of two tracks: Hi-hat and crash cymbal. Everything else is only the LP with very little processing. Some delay, reverb and compression on just a few of the 14 tracks that make up the song. This synth is just so easy to conj...

I figured some of you would be a little stunned by this. It would have been nice to keep both but like I said, I wasn't too thrilled about the tone of the PEK. I'd rather have a great sounding mono that facilitates my workflow than an impractical synth that didn't fit my needs sonically and hindered...

There were a couple things that I didn't care for on the PEK but I think it really was the tone and filter that just didn't cut it for me. It really is a phenominal instrument but as you said, it just wasn't for me.

Just got a Little Phatty!

Man oh man oh man oh man! However, I made a rather unfair trade with uh, ahem.....Guitar Center . I...traded....my.....PEK! Yep, I've been pondering it for some time and I finally did it. Do I regret it? Not at all.

Congrats! Seem like your one of the first to get one, well, the first to post that you posses one. Just out of shear curiosity, what serial# is it?
