Korg 800DV; not exactly a sub osc, since it's a SAW wave you can mix and scale independently.
So: 2 multi-scale and multi-waveform oscillators, plus 2 scalable "subs"(1 each)!

Huge sounds!

Well, same SSM filters, but different oscillators...I think the MP4 is more for sound design, and is really good at it: beyond the surface, it's full of surprises, or pads... The Polysix is more a real performance poly keyboard, and sounds really great: not ridiculous aside a P5 or so... Just its cho...

Well, Wiss, of course you're right: The original is allways better, but a real Leslie cabin takes room and is expensive...So I've got that good italian organ, with warm sound and so on, but the sound is a bit flat, so that I never manage to have it in a right place in my mixes... Of course I could t...

Btw, the M500 "Micropreset" doesn't belong to that family: The 700, 700S, 770, 800DV, 900PS, SyntheBass and PE 1000 have the famous LP & HP serial "Diod filters", while the M500 has the same "KORG35" integrated LP filter than the MS10, X-911 & MS20 MkI. Anybody know the differences between th...

That K3/Maxikorg/800DV is a really astounding instrument!! What a personnality! One of my favorites! I got my one from Switzerland for 260 €, thanx to that good friend Push-Pull, who is such a terrific negociator! 8) It was in really good condition, and had been CV/gate modded just in the 70's. You ...

Leslie emulator

Hi there! I own a Viscount CL-1 MkI organ, full analog, built in 1981, but haven't money nor room for a real Leslie cabin. So I looked at the 4 emulators you can find for this: Boss RT-20, LINE6 rotomachine, Dynacord CLS222, and Korg G4. I'm on with a RT-20 and a G4. The Dynacord is too hard to find...

Hi there! My first one was my Korg MS20, I bought brand new at the music store in 1979! I was 15... 8) Same year I bought a Montarbo TRIO combo amp. Next year, I bought a Yamaha CS15, at the store too. + a GX-20 Ibanez amp, and a "used" SQ10 sequencer. Two years later, a Korg MP4, and a BOSS DR-55 r...

I got the maddest one in the whole Universe on my Yamaha CS-30! Audio OUT on a Mono sound system, it sounded amazingly like played on a 5.1!!!!!
You know that beastie: just like a modular synth: you may modulate anything by everything else!!!
