I checked both websites you posted. Both say the AX60 can be used w/ one of the early Akai samplers. The Photo w/ all the blue buttons is the one provided by Akai.I've seen several copies of this photo on several websites w/ different backdrops. The only ones I've seen on actual auctions are all the ...

Question: I've noticed there are at least 2 types of AX60 on the net.One has all blue butt...

The point I made to Mitch was that his opinion is welcome, but making statements that may or may not be true (reliability issues on the neuron) should be prefaced w/ Iheard that...,or I read that...if its not based on personal experience. Since this board is often the place people, myself included, go...

Mitch, True enough on others doing it as well. Its the statement of opinion as pseudo fact that gets me,not an opinion itself. Difference between the Neuron is overpriced for what it does vs. the Neuron is overpriced because it has reliabilty issues. As for other examples,I only own the Neuron so my...

Mitch, The Neuron's hardware left room for more features that were to be implemented in future OS updates.Unfortunately that never happened. The company was struggling financially and wound up putting out a new product (the VS) because it brought in much needed cash. The company still folded ,leaving...

I've mentioned it before but the Jupiter8a was my first synth.I must have been 17 at the time.It took me forever to save up for it.Also bought a crappy dual manual Thomas organ at a fire sale for about$300. Total waste of my time. I bought an amp and a speaker as well. Next additions didn't come til...
