DCO's are one thing...and we can discuss a lot about difference between DCO and VCO. For me what make this huge sound in the Synthex is the CHORUS. Absolutely amazing...and dead quite ! Never so noisy like the one built in the Junos. And the sound of the chorus (3 stage if i remember correctly) is r...

for the most part I use outboard/ guitar pedals or post recording plugs. Hate Juno chorus, Love Polysix Ensemble- go figure. I do however tweak the sh_t out of my LFO's which feel like effects to me in a way, but are considered more of the synthesis I guess... :D Allmost the same for me ! The polys...

And allways with super rare pictures, or movie music !

About the only thing it's really missing is portamento. Oh yes...but this same function is missing on the Juno 6 and 60 too. AFAIK, the 106 has portamento. But this is really something that i'm missing on the P6. And sometimes, i would like a stereo output...But it's easy to make it stereo with a g...

@sizzlemeister Great Bass Sound at the end of the track ! Not bad for such a "cheap" synth...I'm loving my P6 too  Limited, but sometimes it helps to be creative. And the SSM sound is special, not better than the Juno Sound, simply different. Perhaps more organic, 70's sounding. Juno is more 8...

With a good flightcase, allmost every vintage synthesizer is roadworthy...it's only a little bit bigger and heavier than the Crumar. But you allready know what it is with the CS-40m

The sound is also different on both. Not easy to explain how...The string sound of the Crumar is perhaps more intense, the chorus is very effective and easy to recognize. It sounds like a typical italian string machine. The sound of the Lambda is much more sweet and lush. For my personnal taste, i p...
