Geesh, I'm already drooling at a perFOURmer. Imagine a sexy rack with those together.

Re: In need of a rhythmic beast

the vermona is much more than an 808/909 clone I wouldn't even call it a clone. It's something on it's own. Does the vermona have patch storage? Nope but they include pieces of paper that you can put over your knobs and write down your settings. Lovely! I actually like the lack of patch storage.

Re: In need of a rhythmic beast

Tried out the Vermona at last nights rehearsal and wow this thing sounds good. It cuts through the mix and all of the sounds are really hmm.. in lack of a better word, "creamy". The kick is great and the clap is wonderful. Hihats are great and I love the fact that you can tweak the sounds into noise...

Re: snobbish question / best PW

I can see I need to make a CS-15 video. :) That gangbang synth would be cool... as long as all three oscs and filters each had their own sets of envelopes and a separate VCA... and all three separate synths could be routed through each other at any point. Yeah you should definitely put up a CS15 vi...

Re: snobbish question / best PW

I love the PWM on the Korg MS10. I actually like it so much that I rarely use the other waves. It's very bass-friendly. Korg in 1977: "We don't need to put pulse width modulation on the MS-20, it has two oscillators! Pulse width modulation is only for faking a dual oscillator sound with a single os...
