Re: DSI Tempest's impressions?

I love mine, i think it sounds great, though there are some features I wish were better on it, though some of those are supposed to be fixed in upcoming OS versions, some things will forever be though. The load/save menus dont bother me too much, what I did to avoid this was have it slaved to my mac...

Re: Roland's greatest synth?

Had many, loved the jupiter 8, though it was way too limited for my likes.
Only roland I have is a v-synth xt, will probably stay that way unless I find any system parts for a good price, or a sh3a, never tried one, however something about it has always interested me.

Re: For first analog synth, Moog Prodigy Or Moog Source?

I love my sources sound, I like it more then i liked the prodigy, however I dont like it as much as I like the voyager...more because of the extra options the voyager has...which is why im selling my source to fund for one of those again :-)

Re: Live Set Mixer

I use an allen & heath Xone 464, the sound quality is great, I get 8 stereo ins, 4 mono/mic line ins, direct outs, inserts, 6 aux sends, and two mix outs. Its perfect for me, I have it setup in a very modular fashion with the aux sends and exffects, I can send anything anywhere with a turn of a knob...

i had a novation ks4 before, i really loved the sounds that I made with that, but the build quality was c**p, most the knobs started changing by themselves after a while

Re: Radias VS Monomachine!

i use a machinedrum, and can agree that it can make some great synth tones. However I used to use a monomachine, and its a synth im dying to get back in my studio. I felt it created some very unique tones, and the P locks just made it so much more fun to work with. I personally felt the workflow of ...

Re: Tell me about your V-Synth.

well the pad is there in the touch screen, however it doesnt feel the same, and you cant edit your patch from the screen while using it as the touch screen. However I keep meaning to try to hook one of my korg kp3s to it, maybe I can use that as a controller for the pad, which would be cool...contro...

Re: Tell me about your V-Synth.

I had a v-synth keyboard for a few years, and really loved the sound and interface. I ended up selling it when I went to school, thinking I will pick up the rack, as I was always on the hunt for the vc2 card, and could never find one...also figured I could save a bit of space in my studio. I moved b...

Re: Triadex "The Muse" score!

Good score indeed, if you get bored with it, shoot me a PM. Id be happy to buy it off you ;-)

Ive been interested in picking one up for a while, though usually when I do see them, they are too much for what its worth I think...Its more a cool looking unit and interface then anything.
