Did you do as I wrote ?

Do you know how to program the 202 so that one bar of 4/4 matches up to number pulses used in the DIN-sync ?

Re: Wonky TR808 din sync

Exactly, and turn the mode selector all the way to the left, set A/B-switch to A+B, set the Scaleselector to 3, press and hold the red button and finally press the last step you want to use in the pattern ( usually number 16 ).

Now the 808 and 202 should be in sync if you want to program in 4/4.

Re: Wonky TR808 din sync

Re: Bands and their studios (synth)

TD Studio (Chris Franke) 1983 http://www.edgarfroese.com/htm/film/images/004.jpg What is that bunch of keyboards in the right of the foto? I would guess that they are custom ( or PPG ) keyboards for the custom sequencers made by Helmuth Groethe. Those sequencers contained part of the PPG 380 Event ...

Re: 80's synth pics

To me this is the best 80s ad. Used to appear on the back cover of Electronics & Musicmaker magazine. Love the "medical equipment" look. http://www.bigbluewave.co.uk/images/PPG-Advert-EMM-July-84-L.jpg someday, i'll own a PPG. someday. This is the very pic that got me hooked. I still have the magaz...

Re: What to do when TG77 battery runs out?

You do a Sys-ex dump to your computer.

If you´re on PC you can use a program called Midi-Ox. It is free.
