Re: Buying first synth, totally overwhelmed by the choices.
Do you currently have an outboard fx/reverb processor? You can create drones on virtually any subtractive synth, but only virtual analogs are going to have an on board effects processor. Re: MS 20 MINI vs Pittsburgh Modular System 1 Cell 48
I owned a synth box briefly (the euro module not the cell version) and can confirm that the lfo still bleed into the audio. Another fellow over at muffwiggler experienced the same issue.Stab Frenzy wrote:Does the Box as well? I knew the Block did (I have four of them) but I thought they fixed it for the Box. :/

Re: What synthesizer will create these bass sounds ?

I have been looking at a Juno or korgmicro, moog sub phatty, Roland Gaia, Ms-20, dx7 and a Jp-08 I just don't know which one to get that would come close. Thanks :D This thread should be in buyers guide, and your asking a ve...

"I think this experience may have soured my feelings about San Francisco, but frankly the charm has died. Whatever cultural history it enjoyed, it now feels morose, burdened with bankers and wankers, and begging to stage a remake of They Live. The city was infested with body snatchers attending a Sa...

Re: Social Entropy Engine sequencer
I've had mine for close to a week now, and I'm very happy with it, and I only have a few minor complaints. First of all I can't seem to find out how to adjust the number of repeats with the note repeat function. The manual says knob four is used to adjust this parameter, but it doesn't seem to have ...

I've been using a cheap furman along with a generic pc surge protector with no issues for years.
