I would also have to question the claim that the Blofeld build quality is somehow inferior. although I have not owned a Micro-Q I have had a Microwave XT. before I got my Blofeld I was expecting the build quality to be substandard (small, inexpensive module being manufactured by a completely new Wal...

if I'm selling a synth which has a simple button combination to restore the factory settings I almost always make use of it. with stuff like the Nords, DSI Evolover and Virus B which require them to be hooked up to the computer editor to reload the factory settings I didn't even bother and sent them...

kvnvk sold me his Nord Rack 3 and it was very well packed (rack packed in original box with end foam pieces and bubble wrap, then placed in a bigger box with foam and peanuts). :) yay good to know the Rack 3 was delivered safe and sound, hope you enjoy the synth as much as I did. once I contacted x...

nope, it immediately cuts out once you hit the bypass switch, but what do you expect for a $150 analog delay pedal?

I got one of the MXR pedals last month, basically because of the 600ms delay time (every other comparable pedal I looked at fell in the 300ms range, and the 1000ms+ Moog was out of my price range). now it sounds perfectly fine when I use it with guitar, but it has a tendency to cut out when used wit...

I've been quite happy with my EH Memory Man Hazarai, much different character than the old DOD/Digitech PDS/RDS delay/looper units I've used over the past dozen years or so. it has a very smooth quality which I guess is indicative of modern digital delays, but it's a nice contrast to the aforementio...

radam, is this strictly an either/or situation? personally I'd take both the Nord and the MEK and lose the MS2000 and Novation.

I've heard the radias sounds more digital than many VAs... How does it compare to the likes of the nova, MS2000 or nord lead? I see you have a Radius I am saving for one and wondered if you have anything to say about them ? Do you like it ? etc Pros Cons ? Ross Ok, I'll tell you guys exactly what I...

I saw Boss also announced the DD-7 digital delay with a 40 second record hold mode, in addition has a DM-2 analog delay emulation. never been all that interested in Boss delay pedals, but this one could change that attitude.

I'm sure he gets it all the time, but JSRockit gets my recommendation as a trusted seller. the Waldorf Blofeld I bought from him arrived safe and sound... bubble wrapped and double boxed. thanks.

yep, specifically remember back in '84 the father of the lead guitarist of the band I was in at the time bought a brand new DX7. that brown synth certainly left an impression... something along the lines of "just wtf was the Japanese design team thinking when it came to deciding on a color scheme......

Frankly I'd rather see a company release a cheap fm synth with an improved user interface, than a cheap analogue. Frankly boutique companies seem to the have the whole new analogue thing covered. Sadly there hasn't been a new fm synth from a major company since the fusion. I think Yamaha was about ...
