Re: Which Odyssey color?

I like the look of the little rubber caps a lot, but id rather use the more common fader caps on the regular edition

Re: the best old hardware PAD machine? (ambient pads and dro

My go to is the alesis ion
Long envelopes, slow lfo and lots of filter choices

Add your own fx tho, mostly boring aside from the phaser

Re: New hybrid digital/analogue Roland Synth?

I dunno, I think there are more analog synths available now than any other time, and at more price points too!
Long live the renaisance, and the hybrid renaisance too:)

So the sound on sound review of this fella refers to the yamaha sk series as digital stringers...this seems to fly in the face of everything i've learned

Re: trigger vs gate

Ive got a .com so I'm gonna have to play with the gates and triggers on it.
I found them (seemingly) interchangeable at first...it helps to know what I'm looking for

Re: trigger vs gate

So the gate stays open as long as the key is held for example
The trigger is a blip at key on

Thanks!

Hey all, I feel like I should know this, but what is the difference between a gate and a trigger?
And part two...are they interchangeable?
