the k2000 definitely will give you more sonic capabilities.. You really can mess with the sounds on that thing. The Raven
is one sexypiece of synth though.. I have also always wanted one...

the NL3 is nothing like the NL1. NL1 is much more raw, gritty. Very cool synth.

Okay well, I've always been a huge fan of watching those little LED flicker up and down on mixers, rack gear, etc. I want to buy a 1U rack device that basically just shows you the levels, but I have no idea where to start looking. There's cheap Behringer compressors that'll give you that sorta thing...

the caps lock toggles the keyboard.
Go to the audio prefs and the built in i/o should be there (and already selected).

you can't get nanoloop off them anymore. They've been sold out for a while. I saw one of the original ones for regular gameboy go on ebay for like close to 200.
