Re: Headphones...

Thanks for the advice. I'll will keep an eye on impedance and look up some proper amps. And also check out Bayers phones. I think I'll stick to open-ended alternatives, I had some bad experinces with electric-glitch sounds(very loud and painful) in closed-back phones. And it would be to easy for my ...

Re: Any love for the Roland Juno 60?

Less desireble than the 106???

The Juno-60 is a great synth for its simplicity. Fantastic(!) filter which you could modulate fram an externa source, superb chorus etc. I had three, and the only reason I dont have any at the moment is that it wont fit beside the JP-8.

Re: The obsession for the Analog

Rant on : But why on earth, if you think VSTs are so superior do you spend time on VSE? This is excately why I stopped comming here the last time, allways feel like I have to defend why I like my Jupiter-8 insted of just being smart and use software. Us who like vintage, or are analog purists are a...

Re: The obsession for the Analog

I have absolutely no interest in digital synths. With the exception of JD-800... I dont care if there's any other interesting forms of synthesis. The analogs works well, are fun to use , produce the sounds that I like and are creative and challenging. I would not call this a obsession, its just a ta...

Re: CS 80 sounds on a budget

I would put a vote for the CS50/60. Im not a good keyboardplayer, but my CS50 sounds very Vangelis and very beautiful everytime. Even with almost no effects. They arent that hard to find, Im on my second. None of them had any problems what so ever with staying in tune. Ive played the CS80 on several...

+1 on P-5 and a midi retrofit if you use a computer for sequencing.
