Even later I borrowed an Model D from him, when he got his second (and third :)) and missed it al the time when he got it...

Re: Is It Just Me?

Many times i found it very provoking and strange that you almost have to apologise for having vintagesynths, on a vintagesynth forum. At least there is someone starting this kind of thread every 4 months or so. Lets start: virtulalanalog.com, softwaresynthesis.com, expensivemonitors.com, sampleandse...

Re: Is It Just Me?

BTW ... I play my JP8/6 without effects all the time and they sound fantastic ... But it's really no big deal to run it through my RE-201 Space Echo for a little vintage reverb and/or delay ... Sounds fantastic as well ... But I really do prefer them dry ... And BTW ... Not everyone who has JP8 is ...

Re: Is It Just Me?

I some way I do think that current JP-8 prices are a bit high :) But on the other hand its my favourite synth, the "deserted island synth" and propably the one Ill stick to to the end. And its ´kind of priceles to me. And the Arturia feels like eating yesterdays cold falafel... Pflosi, I noticed tha...

Re: Just you and a synth and a bottle o' rum

Havana Club, 7 years old & Jupiter-8 or a prophet-10. And rum isnt only for people without p***s, as Tallow claims. We with small p***s also love rum.

And a lot of m*******n, I guess. Thinking about following balmas advice if I could depart from the synth.
