Would the current Yamaha Motif ES series synths do a good job of covering the GX/CS/GS/DX territory? I know the ES series had superseded the XS series IIRC.

Some Yamaha Synth Questions

What current Yamaha synths can duplicate the sounds of such older Yamaha synths (cf. DX7, GX1, CS80 and GS1) and pianos (CP70/80)?

Should I buy the Motif XS7 to cover the GX1/CS80/GS1/DX7 territory and the CP300 for the CP70/80 territory?
