So ive thought out something.

Dark wooden panels on the sides.
Red (not-so-brightish) plexiglass that goes from the keyboard down to the bottom which also is dark wood.

Building a controller casing

Ive stripped apart my CME UF5, so now i have a controller without casing. Tested it without for the sake of fun, working.

But for the real thing, i have no idea what type of case I can build for it. Ideas?
And how about if i want to put some kind of LED inside. How do I do with power and stuff?

Building an own?

I was looking in an electronics catalogue yesterday, and saw an Oscillator, that you build yourself... But unfortunatly that catalogue was kinda thin. So is there any other companys that sell stuff like that (pref. on the internet)
And how do i build a filter?

MIDI out is the main reason why im buying it, the sounds are kidna thin :P Plus Ill get it for like 140$ (1.250 swedish crowns)

The SHS10 has some buttons near the pitchbend. Can you program them to act like the bass pedals on a organ?

You should check out this http://www.obsolete.com/120_years/ if you already haven't. If you have the ability visuals are croud pleasers. A PowerPoint presentation with pictures, music and video would be great. I'm not sure you're looking to be that formal. The school can only afford a projector, so...
