Re: What instrument have you had the longest?

The Synth I have used for the longest time is my DX-7 Mrk. II, I have had it since I was 4 or 5 and well I'm 21 now so go figure.

I sold it to finance part of my Synthesizers.com modular that I will never be regret of buying. Regret selling : Kawai K3 : the overall ...

Regret Buying:
Roland Juno-106's, not enough usable parts to build one, they worked alright, but the voice chips were toast, and well it was just a bad move on my part. I can rebuild them eventually but its just beyond my means ATM

Re: Which synthesizer(s) do you regret getting or selling

My first synth- too young and stupid/excited. Ended up getting a Roland Fantom. With a broken disk drive that the sales rep didn't tell me about. Didn't get rid of it soon enough. last year I had the following conversation in my head: "Oh well that's a decent price for a Moog Opus 3. Pretty cool I ...

Re: What Synth have you gigged the most?

Re: Which synthesizer(s) do you regret getting or selling

Selling: microKorg - it was so fun and intuitive to play with, should have kept it but really needed cash! DX-7 - never used it, didn't have space for it, but you never know you love things until you get rid of them If you had kept the microkorg you could replicate some of the new Duran Duran Mater...
